IOPS on multiple server single mount point system

Hi All

In my production setup, i have 3 servers using the same mount point. However, i see that the IOPS is low.
Does this kind of architecture have any impact on IOPS. In case it is neutral, how can i tune my setup for better IOPS.

Thanks in advance.
