Internet Not working

hi guyz...

im using ubuntu 12.04 x86_64..
but my internet is disconnecting every 2min.. and when i check internet setting there is no wired connection only enable networking is available...
and when i click on connection information then

Error displaying connection information:

No valid active connections found!

that error comes.. im using static ip...

1. Remove your network manager, and then reinstall the package.

2. Check your modem router. Or call your ISP for that.

i did every thing but still same issue....
