Integrating vsftpd with Active Directory for user authentication

is any body knows how to integrate vsftpd with Active Directory for user authentication

You will probably want to start with the winbind package, which will allow authentication to a remote AD server. Then you can set your login policy to check there after searching local authentication methods.
