Installing SVN???

Hello Guys,

I have SVN Server running on Ubuntu Dapper Dake.I attempted to configure Access Control making correct entry in authz file but its not taking the effect.I tried out the same doing on fiesty its working.
Now when I was exploring I noticed the format file which says 3 in Dapper Case but displays 5 on Fiesty.
Now One of my Repository is there where All my Tortoise SVN Client work through.
What I am thinking is Can I install Subversion in any other folder in the Dapper Dake?
I tried taking the dump to another machine and explre the repository its working fine. But I dont want to disturb the entire repository. Can I create a new Subverison and new repo and later on restore it.
I think by installing new subverison it will have format=5.
Any suggestions??
