I am new to LinuxQuestions, have been invited to post a question, so I will do so. I am trying to install an SNMP monitor on a Linux Server (Fedora Core 5) called "drivespace". I am using a monitoring tool called IPMonitor that was set up by a colleague who has left our company. SNMP is running on the Linux server, and IPMonitor can monitor "ping" and "System up time" on the Linux server. I am trying to add a monitor to watch disk utilization, but IPMonitor cannot see disk drives on the Linux box. I think I need to download and compile a MIB for this, but I have no idea where to find the right MIB, or how to compile it. I need some help.
