Install Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on NAS via SSH

Hi all,

I got myself a QNAP TS119P+ containing a ARM proc a few days ago. First of all I was wondering if Ubuntu Server can be installed on it, cause I already figured out and installed debian squeeze on it. This was because of the limitations of the original FW. But a friend told me that Ubuntu Server would be more sufficient for my needs and abilities.
So can this be done?

Then the second part, the NAS does not have display port, so the install should be done across the net, same way I installed debian, through SSH. For the debian installation I followed the guide on cyrius.com
So it would be nice if someone can provide me with a changed, samelike guide to install Ubuntu Server. Ofcourse only if it can be done.

If Ubuntu server can't be installed, it would like some advice regarding which distro can be.

I would appreciate any help.
