I screwed something on nameserver/dns

Since JimBass said second name server should not be on same box and dns checker says it should not be in same class c,i dediced to change second name server on server powered with centos/whm.Previously,i used primary name server on another server powered by webmin, and secondary on whm server and that worked fine.I was simply create dns zone forwarded to ip adress of first name server, edited second line with name of first name server and that's it,and it work fine. But now i decided to same thing but with domain which primary name server have on whm server. So i create zone on webmin zone, edited it properly so there is no any error listed when i check domain on dnsstuff. But now after 12 hours,i see traffic has fall for 60%.And it should be raised, since purpose of name server on other server is to properly forward traffic which doesnt load site beacuse of bad response from primary name server.
So there are following solution, but i will need your assistence to pick proper solution:
1)Do nothing, problem could be in name server propagation. But again,it should not be happenning since purpose of secondary name server is to accept requests when primary name server fails
2)Change secondary name server of name server domain on whm server to name server of webmin server name server domain( from to,do same with other domains hosted on name server and remove completly from worldwide dns servers
3)Add third name server from third server to all domains so then will be
4)Retrive old setting on domain and i didnt backuped,i will need to delete dns zone, then create it again using whm

Also i will post content of zone files on both servers: server) server zone file
PHP Code:
$TTL 14400
@       86400   IN      SOA     (
)       86400   IN      NS       86400   IN      NS       14400   IN      A

localhost     14400   IN      A

.com.       14400   IN      MX      0

mail    14400   IN      CNAME
www     14400   IN      CNAME
ftp     14400   IN      CNAME       14400   IN      TXT     "v=spf1 a mx ip4: ?all" server) server zone file
PHP Code:
$ttl 14400
.com.    IN    SOA (
)     IN      NS     IN      NS
ns1.domain1.comIN      A
ns1        IN      A
.com.     IN      A
localhost   IN      A
.com.     IN      MX      0
mail     IN      CNAME
www      IN      CNAME
ftp      IN      CNAME
Please help.

Update:i had to replace domain names with and beacuse they have adult content and it seems that is against LQ rules. Also i noticed by checking site with 4 proxys 4-th proxy leads to root document of webmin server which means it doesnt forward at all,it leads to that server instead. So what i need to do to make that forward properly?
