how to ssh when internet is behind a proxy

I want to SSH to my server which is some where on internet. I am having internet access on my lan via a proxy i.e. in firefox I have to specify the option of IP+ port of my proxy server.What do I need to do in order to be able to SSH to my server which is on internet.The proxy software used on the main server for creating it as a proxy server is ccproxy and that is a windows machine.I use Ubuntu and my server where I have to SSH is also a Ubuntu server.

What kind of suggestion is that?
I told you I am trying to access my server from my home.

The internet connection I have is via a USB dongle.Which Ubuntu does not recognizes.
So I have to use a Windows machine and gave this Ubuntu machine internet access via Windows and CCProxy.
CCproxy does not have an option to open port 22.It has ftp,dns,pop,imap all others but not SSH.

I do not want to use putty etc on windows machine.I am accessing my internet from my home.

You can use another port, which you can open on the proxy, for ssh

In the OP, you never mentioned it was your home network.
