How to setup NFS for WInXP clients

HI,
We are using NFS servers for File Sharing along linux machines and it is running fine without any issue. Now we have a plan to add 12 windows clients which uses windows XP.

I am not sure how i am going to share them. the problem is i must not use SAMBA. The client is used by programers and designers whose data must be shared into my NFS server.whenever they want to save files it must be saved into NFS share in the server.

what can i do???
Suggestions are welcome.
