How to set up proper smtp mail host in linux


Hi
im running more than 50 linux desktop system.Im using the following smtp host to divert the mail to outside.but frequently the firewall interface ip is getting blacklisted in spamhaus.Can anyone help me how can i set proper smtp host .so that my firewall interface does int get blacklisted frequently


host=localhost
user=root
password=password
ssl=false
port=25
smtp.socketFactory.class=javax.net.ssl.SSLSocketFactory
smtp.socketFactory.fallback=false
smtp.starttls.enable=true
smtp.port=2525

How can configure the proper smtp host configuration

I hope that's not your root password.

Perhaps if you read what the spamhause listing tells you with regards to why you were put on the blacklist for in the first place that would be a good place to start.

Since i readout they says that ip is listed in spamhaus due to unproper host name the mail sending to the outside world they considering the ip as spam .can anyone help me how can i solve my ip getting into spamhaus ,Cbl listing

The problem will be with the configuration of your SMTP server, not with the script that sends mail through it.
