How to set up IRC round robin DNS

Wasn't sure whether this should go in Networking or Server, because technically it's not really a server we have set up.

Anyway, my friend has Unreal set up on his Windows box, but his internet sucks so I want to copy over his Unreal config to my Linux computer so that when people connect to his free hostname set up on DynDNS, they will either connect to his computer or my computer (we have static IPs). How can we do this?

DNS Round Robin's are just two A records. Assuming that the service you want to use permits it, just add two entries.
