Question How to set a webserver.

i want to if i have a system with good requirements and i have a broadband connection how can i convert my system into a webserver and host my own website in it.

You just need to install the web server (most likely Apache), and configure it properly. The default configuration should usually be enough to get you going, though you should go over it with an eye for security before going pubic.

Oh, and you will probably want a domain name. Either buy one and point it to the server, or use a dynamic service to keep track of your public IP.

Make sure your ISP allows webservers/port 80. A lot don't unless you are paying for that service as well.
