How to login to server even ssh & Telnet service down

Dear All,
Currently one of my server get sshd and telnet service get stop ,There is any other possiblity to get off the remote server other than these two service ..

Don't know...what else you do you have running on those servers?? If those are your only ways in, then no. If you have X running (shouldn't on a server), and have allowed remote console connections (even WORSE idea), you might try a VNC/remote-X connection.
