how to define manager or reporting to attribute in qmail-ldap

Hello all,

i m tring this list first time... Please help me urgently...

I m using QMAIL-LDAP. i want to sote manger or reporting to field in ldap database so that it can come in outlook addressbook.

i use these classses
top
person
InterOrgPerson
organizationalPerson

but i m not able to define it..

If anybody have some idea ???????
