And there's not alot we can do to help. All you've told is us that you wrote a web page, and it's not working when you do SOMETHING. What version/distro of Linux? Apache? Did you check the Apache error logs? Tomcat logs? What have you done/tried?
Based on the very little you've said, either the module isn't getting called, isn't where your page is expecting it, or is getting invalid arguments. Just guesses.
