How to configure send Mail using Red Hat 7.3
 

Dear All,

I have to configure sendmail to send messages and receiving any mails on a Red hat 7.3 linux server. Can anyone have an idea how to configure sendmail?

Hi,

Any special reason why only Red hat 7.3 linux. This version is very old I suggest you to go with CentOS 5.4 and also you will get the newer version of sendmail.

If you still want to stick with 7.3 even then its very simple to start sendmail with basic requirement.

OS, Will you stick with 7.3 or go with the latest one?
What is the sendmail version?
You want to configure sendmail to relay you email or send out directly?

Get a newer release!
