How to build your own Web Server using Linux & Apache

HI all,
I was wondering if anyone could suggest me a good book or links that I can use to build my own Linux Web Server. I intend to host websites and I'd like to know how to build servers and secure them. In short, a book that will teach me all I need to know to host websites for my clients.
