massy Member Registered: Nov 2013 Distribution: CentOS 6.4 Posts: 209 Blog Entries: 1 Rep:	How to assign a name address to a valid IP I have a valid IP for connecting to a website (apache), now I want to assign a name to it like as: www.example.com, how can I do that?

descendant_command Senior Member Registered: Mar 2012 Posts: 1,876 Rep:	DNS. The provider of your "valid ip" should be able to help you with that.
