How can i see ram slots in the linux?

Hi,

We have an ibm server and linux working on the this server (Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 6)).

I want to know if is this possible ram upgrade on the this server. But Firstly I must know ram slots status.

Therefore I want to know ram slots status while this server running?

Is this possible? How can i see ram slot stasus (empty or not empty)
If slots are not empty, what is the sizes for each slots?

Thanks.
