Please use a better subject title (short description of your problem). Most, if not all people asking a question need help.....

you did buy the REQUIRED support contract for RHEL
you know the one that you spent $299 USD on for a desktop install

why not use the redhat knowledge base
you already paid for access to it
https://access.redhat.com/search/browse/solutions

https://access.redhat.com/search/bro...al_language=en

or read the documentation
https://access.redhat.com/site/docum...erprise_Linux/

and please REDEFINE "system configuration settings"

settings for WHAT ?
hardware?
software?
if software ... What software ?

if you are using Gnome desktop
look at "GConf"
