do check access.log file for activities

dear

if you have configured the squid and its runing. then you should know the path of your access.log file just tail that file and you will have the activities of your users what they are browsing. the access file will show you the IP addresses of your users.

the command will something like this.

tail -f /THE PATH /access.log

it will show you all the activity of your squid but if you want to grep a individual user you just type the following.

tail -f /THe PATH/access.log | grep 192.168.0.25

this will grep the activities of the 192.168.0.25 IP address

and THE PATH is the path of your access.log file

hope it will work

thanks

Did you find any software for this? I'm looking for the same type of software.

So far, I've only found:
