GNUPG on Ubuntu???

I have a latest Ubuntu Hardy Heron running and I have followed http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=680292 link to configure GNUPG.Now I have created PUBLIC KEY successfuly,I need to know how can I send it to other server.Should the other server be installed with GPA or Seahorse or GNUPG stuffs.
Whenever I am running:
Code:
tuxbuddy@localhost:$ gpg --send-keys --keyserver vjs@10.14.242.110 9AFE1559
gpg: sending key 9AFE1559 to hkp server 10.14.242.110
gpgkeys: HTTP post error 7: couldn't connect to host
gpg: keyserver internal error
gpg: keyserver send failed: keyserver error
It is throwing the above error.

Pls Help.
