getent command is not working correctly???

I have an issue in which when I run #getent passwd on the client machine it shows me the users listed on the Server Machine through Fedora DS Configuration. But whenever I run #getent passwd fdsuer it shows no output??

Try running #getent passwd |grep fdsuer Or some name you KNOW is in AD or in the password file on your system. It could be the user is NOT in AD.
