ftp user anonymous problem


Hiii ,
When Iam accesing the FTP remote server through my firefox browser ,Iam getting the following error message, the remote ftp had authentication but my server is sending the anonymous user request, I configured ACL for FTP. Even though Iam getting same problem, Please help me by posting solution in step by step process.

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

An FTP protocol error occurred while trying to retrieve the URL: ftp://dssssss.com/

Squid sent the following FTP command:

USER anonymous

and then received this reply

--------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [TLS] ----------
You are user number 4 of 50 allowed.
Local time is now 23:43. Server port: 21.
IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.

Your cache administrator is root.
