FTP setup for misc directories.
 

Hey guys,
I have been struggling with vsftp on fedora.
I am trying to have authenticated access for all local users to the following directories.
/home/public
/home/active

The other contents of /home should not be visible.
Is that going to be possible? Or do I have to create a directoy like
/home/shares/public
/home/shares/active

and chroot everyone to /home/shares

I know with some other ftp servers you can assign directories to groups of users not sure if thats possible with vsftp
