Angry ftp error

Hi there!
i am using rhel5 and want to configure the ftp server for installation.
here are my settings:

Server Configuration:
first of all i have stored my rpms in the following directory.
/var/ftp/pub/Server. then followed the following steps

1- vi /etc/vsftpd/vsfpd.conf
anonymous_enable = YES
chroot_local_user = YES

2- service vsftpd restart

Client side:
On this machine i am going to install rhel5 via FTP
Following are the steps that i have followed.

1- linux askmethod
2- Installation method = ftp then the following address i have given in client[*] Enable IPv4 support
(*) Manual configuration

3- Manual TCP/IP Configuration
ipv4 address: 192.168.1.5 (client ip) / 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.4 (server ip)
name server: client
4- FTP Setup
FTP site name: 192.168.1.4 (server ip)
Red hat linux server directory: /var/ftp/pub/Server

Now everything goes fine but after the harddisk partioning we get the following error:

Unable to read a package metadata. this may be due to a missing repodata directory. Plz ensure what your install tree has been correctly generated. Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: anaconda_base_200720181624.i386

For this troubleshoot i have checked the directory and everything is fine. all the files are present inside it plus i have also given equal permissions on each file and directory but still this is the error.
plz guide me what to do? or kindly provide me any link or tutorial from which i can get help.

Thankyou very much.

maybe try running "createrepo" on the ftp server to recreate the repodata directory in your installation source directory.
also, check the ftp server logs for any hints.
