On a Fedora Core 5 system, I have setup a freeradius (v. 1.0.5-1.2) server to authenticate against a mysql (v. 5.0.22-1.FC5.1) database. Everything works like a champ in debug mode. In daemon mode, however, users will not authenticate. I am not authenticating against a text file. This behavior is consistent even though I have edited the 'user=' and 'group=' attributes in radiusd.conf to various users and groups to no avail. Please help! Thanks, -randal
