Forward certain local mail to an external mail server

Hi!
For ThisDomain.com I've set MX records to an external mail server.
This domain have a few users and some aliases.
Email from users belonging to the same server (let's say OtherDomain.com) to ThisDomain.com users are delivered locally.
How can I set Postfix to read MX records and deliver those mail to the external mail server?
Thanks in advance.

You probably need to look at transport maps in Postfix.
