I have created a Ubuntu 14.04 samba file server for my Windows users, also successfully joined the server to a windows 2008 Active Domain. I am wondering if there is a way I can configure so that windows users' share folders are automatically created on the File server without doing it manually.
I have over 100 users therefore it will be hectic creating one by one individual share folders on the server.
My aim is to allow each user their own share.

Since you've been here many years, you should already know that asking for/expecting 'urgent' help is plain rude. We volunteer our time here.
Secondly, since this is 'urgent', have you tried looking this up? The Samba documentation covers this:
https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/using_samba/ch09.html
You can't automatically create user shares. But when you migrate your users over, create their home shares as you go. This is easily scripted to create user ID's with home shares, etc.
