Ffmpeg & Mencoder
 

Can anyone help me as to were I can get some viable commands to install ffmpeg and mencoder on my servers for cpanel running centos 6.5. I have found a link and wanted to ask if this would be proper instructions on the install. I found this.

The only thing that's really bothering me is I am not a Linux programmer I don't know how to make files I use to until my car accident left me a mess I am still trying hard though I don't give up easy I was hacked about two years ago and from what I hear the heart bleed virus had something to do with the ffmpeg perl script who was managing me servers last years ago was not me. They were no updates also done on the servers.

Can anyone help me to come to knowledge of the correct way to do this or is their a paid version of ffmpeg I should have to pay for because in this blog they are saying to download the gpl keys @

rpm --import http://apt.sw.be/RPM-GPG-KEY.dag.txt

This is not even a secure link to get a key from I am lost I am just trying to stay safe I believe this would work although i am in need of help.

Try this.
It will install all packages of ffmpeg on your CentOS.
