fedora 9 repo on centos 5.2

there is 10 fedora9 machines and a centos 5.2 server in my office.
i think this silly question please tell me a sollution

is this possible to create local repository for fedora9 on centos server.

Yup, shouldn't be a problem at all. Just drop the files in place so they're accessible and make sure you create the repo for such files.
