fcoemon / Clif bind failed in syslog

Red hat AS

In my syslog I get following every 10 seconds;

fcoemon: error 98 Address already in use
fcoemon: clif bind failed

What does this mean and how to solve it?

It's your fibre channel over ethernet monitor failing to bind to your adapter because something else is using it
How to solve it depends on whether you're using FCOE as part of your storage solution.
