Failed to launch VMware Web Access: unable to find a graphical web browser.

Has anyone ever encountered such an issue?

I searched the internet high and low, as well as the vmware forums, so I figured I'd check in here to see if anyone ever had such an issue.

System is a no-gui installation of Slackware 12.1, running VMWare-Server 2 with two virtual machines (each is Ubuntu JuOS).

I get the following when I run this command to list the VMs. Trying to start them yields the same:

Code:

root@goat:/home/mike# vmware -T nogui server list
which: no xdg-open in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)
which: no firefox in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)
which: no mozilla-firefox in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)
which: no mozilla in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)
which: no x-www-browser in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin)
Failed to launch VMware Web Access: unable to find a graphical web browser.

Since it's a no-gui system, it has no browsers and what not.

If anyone has any input, it's more than welcome.

Thanks,

robot
