anon0 LQ Newbie Registered: Feb 2009 Posts: 1 Rep:	expanding RAID 1? what is the easiest way to expand or grow a RAID1 array without losing data? By this I mean swapping existing hard disks with larger ones, along with larger partitions. And do you have to boot into the live CD if the RAID1 involves the OS or root?
