Question Enabling local Intranet and Ftp server through IPcop

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
Hi,
I have recently setup an intranet and ftp server (using opensuse and apache). However, every time a user is blocked from traffic by the IPcop firewall/proxy server, they then cannot access the intranet or ftp server.

Is there a way to allow the intranet and ftp server to be accessed regardless of whether the user is blocked or not?

Thanks in advanced,
James
