email from multiple domains on the same server

I have multiple domains hosted on the same server but when I try to email from multiple accounts they all come from the same domain (the first domain I set up with my server.)

Is there anything I am doing wrong? What settings do I need to change? Everything else works fine.

Thanks for the quick reply but sadly neither do they have the same problem or a relevant solution.. Their problem concerns multiple domain's on multiple servers (well, IPs)

Any more ideas?

I found a solution, I don't know how I didn't see this earlier. Editing the postfix configuration to allow incoming mail for the domain under $mydomains and in squirrelmail, log in, and in options you can change the from header.
