Question dovecot with outlook 2003

I am loking to solve an issue with outlook configuration working with IMAP server dovecot.
all users have only "inbox" and missing "sent messages" box.

also when deleteting email, it does not get deleted but stays with a line cross it.
Thanks

When you have deleted any email do you see any error messages in the email server logs ? Check,

Quote:
tail -f /var/log/maillog
Might be an issue with permissions/ownership of the email files which is preventing it from deletion.

Exclamation dovecot with outlook 2003

do you think deleting emails has something to do with the "sent messages" folders not showing?
