Dovecot/Postfix migration

Im a fairly new linux person and have a hopefully easy question. I am running centos with dovecot and postfix for the mail. Im using imap so all the mail is on the server. Im also using thawte certificates. What is the easiest way to move all of this over to a more stable box? The box i have now is a major POS. Thanks in advance?

Err... install your current hard-drive on the new box? That's by far the easiest ;P

or just plain old cp -a and install bootloader after the copying is complete.

--edit--

Oh yeah, you'll probably need to create /proc and /sys directories on the new system.
