does Apache web server have view statements like bind

I am creating Apache web server and I wanted one of the virtual hosts to not be viewable from a version network, I'm wondering if you can do something in aside that is like the view statements in bind that you cab specify who gets to query which zones, I want a way to specify who cab communicate with which virtual host in the apache a web server

Access can be controlled based on the client hostname, IP address, or other characteristics of the client request
This above from mod_authz_host documentation at Apache :

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod...uthz_host.html

There are several ways to do this....above is one of the tools I use.
