DNS Problem

Hy all,

I've moved some email domains from one provider to another. The problem is that form some users I still receive email on the old server and I can't delete the accounts because the users will lose important emails.

When I look at the headers the only difference I see at the old server is "by softdnserror with SMTP" in the header.

How is this possible since the replication of DNS it takes 24 hours and the changes were made one week ago?

Thanks in advance,

Most likely not all DNS servers have replicated the changes. Hence the reason to keep the older server up and running. Why not just forward any incoming mail to the new server?
