DHCP server : how to see the client table [online + offline]

Hello,

I'm running Fedora Core 4 with the DHCPd for my LAN clients.
On the server, How can I see the DHCP-clients that are online / offline?

In my distro they are in /var/lib/dhcp/dhcpd.leases. In FC it might be somewhere else, but locate dhcpd.leases and you're done.

However until now I never found a way to see if clients with a fixed IP address issued by DCHP are there or not, only by pinging.

Hi,

cat /var/lib/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases

It worked. Thanks! ;)
