Determine free space in lvm/xen Environment
does anybody know how to determine the free space of an ext3 volume inside lvm/xen Environment.
That seems simple, if the volume is mounted (df ...).
But I canīt mount the volume, because it is already mounted in a xen domU.
I tried tune2fs -l, but there are false values.
I tried to make a snapshot, but the volume is mirrored and lvm (on centos 5) does not support snapshots for mirrored volumes.
Can anybody help me?
I'm a complete beginner myself, but try
in Terminal, xterm or whatever you use.
It didnt come out of the box on my Fedora15, but yum installed it like a charm.
hope this helps,
