Debian Network PXEboot Install

I am trying to install Debian using the PXEboot (Network). For this I downloaded the necessary packages from the debian site for network boot installation. They are working fine and I am able to boot the remote computers and start the installation.

The problem is that it is unable to find the "debian archive mirror or a Valid Release File" on the mirror (my server machine). I have configured my server machine as mirror for debian installation over http. For this I have mounted an iso image of debian DVD on /opt/Debian and given a symbolic link to it in webroot directory under /var/www as Debian.

My server machine and my client machines with previously installed debian system can install packages using following command in snaptic repository.
Code:
deb http://192.168.0.1/Debian/dists/lenny main contrib

there are 3 questions it asks while installation related to mirror:
1) hostname : port := 192.168.0.1:80
2) archive directory := /Debian/
3) http proxy info := (blank)

Am I entering any wrong information or I have left any configuration.

NFS install

I have also tried NFS install with exportfs giving results:
Code:
/mnt/Debian5 <world>
Which means every one can access it.

I gave following answers to the options:

1) hostname : port := 192.168.0.1:2049 (NFS port)
2) archive directory := /mnt/Debian5
3) http proxy info := (blank)

It shows downloading Release File 0% and is not progressing at all.

Unfortunately, creating a debian package mirror is not as simple as copying files from a cd to /var/www

Googling for "apt local repository" might lead you to the right path...

For example: http://odzangba.wordpress.com/2006/1...-repositories/

The Debian DVD is itself a repository. Also it is working fine as a repository, except for starting the network Debian installation.
