Help you out with WHAT?? Your question is very vague, and lacks any of the details we'd need to be able to help you. What version/distro of Linux? What, exactly, do you mean by "not able to block the sites"?? What error(s) do you get, and where do you see them? Version of Webmin and Dansguardian??

All we know from your post is you're having trouble blocking some sites. Not much we can tell you from that.

This

is about performance, but as it is about squid (or other proxy) and dansguardian, there may be interesting things in there for you, as part of your background reading.

I'm sorry, but if you come to a volunteer site for help, you don't really get to dictate what help people are allowed to give you; did you think that you could insist that people write a tutorial, with screenshots, just for you? You might get something closer with 'paid for' support, but even then you don't get to dictate, you have to accept what support the supporting organisation offers. Or not, of course.
