Question cvs acl

Hi All,

Does anyone have a acl patch for cvs-1.11.22-5.el5

I need to implement rw acl on branch and tag names.

Googling something like : .. cvsacl patch ..
And you will find, that the patch was removed from packages
five years ago. The files are here ..

http://sourceforge.net/projects/cvsacl/files/
CVS, with patches included ( "patched" )
cvs-1.11.22-cvsacl-1.2.5-patched.tar.gz , 3.5 MB , 2006-06-10

The "patch file"
cvsacl-1.2.5-for-cvs-1.11.22.tar.gz , 31.0 KB , 2006-06-10
..
