Create a VPS with ISPConfig and KVM

Guys I want to setup a server with KVM (maybe enable KVM kernel on a ubuntu supported server).

Then I want to create 2 VMs. One Ubuntu as well to run ISPConfig to use as a VPS and the other one (ubuntu as well ) running WordPress MultiSite with multi domain plugin enabled.

I just wanted to know what you guys think of this scenario? Are the tools that I choose Good ?

Thanks
