Courier IMAP Folder Problem

Apparently the IMAP folders arn't created properly. The only folder that exists is the INBOX. No sent, drafts, or trash.

Here's what you get when you telnet in:
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 UIDPLUS CHILDREN NAMESPACE THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES SORT QUOTA IDLE ACL ACL2=UNION STARTTLS] Courier-IMAP ready. Copyright 1998-2005 Double Precision, Inc. See COPYING for distribution information.
. login asmith@radio276.com *******
. OK LOGIN Ok.
. list "" "*"
* LIST (\Unmarked \HasNoChildren) "." "INBOX"
. OK LIST completed
