Cloning Linux and SID's

Hi

I recently cloned a linux red hat server and since its deployment I am having a few problems with its connectivity. We are using it to run Junipers Netscreen Security Manager which has been installed, but when you try to connect to the server from a windows client you get constant disconenctions. The client doesnt seem to have any problems with any other server.

Any idea if i need to re-sid the linux server as you would a windows clone?

Or any other useful hints.
