centOS - vsftpd - multiple users different permissions

I am using centOS 6.3. I have installed vsftpd on it.
Now I want to create multiple users with different permissions on it.
Example - user A should create, edit and delete directories in /var/www/html.
user B should upload files in sub-directories of /var/ww/html only, He must not create or delete the sub-directories of /var/www/html.

How to create different users with different permissions.
Please reply.

Have a look at the example vsftpd.conf and the examples in /usr/share/doc/vsftpd*/EXAMPLE/. Create a vsftpd.conf for your machine, create two virtual users, use user_config_dir to set per user options then post what you achieved so far and what the (logged) errors are. If you post configuration file contents post them as 'grep ^# vsftpd.conf|grep .;' and preferably use
vBB code tags
.
