CentOS, FTP, Creating users with limitations

I have no idea what I'm doing. If you have Skype, please add me there: jarrett.78

I need to set up FTP accounts, one with master privileges and one limited to a specific directory.

if you really DO need 24 / 7 on demand tech support
you might want to consider using and buying RHEL 6.5

what version of CentOS is this ?

how do you have access ?
ssh?
or are you sitting in front of the server

and no one here is going to use "skype"
not without a prepaid support contract

now if you NEED to hire someone
there is a section where you can post the job
